you deserve to be at a table where your visibility is power

A Culinary & Strategic Masterclass in Rewriting Your Professional Narrative

The Table is Set. Your Seat is Waiting.

A monthly masterclass for women in STEM and medicine to build visibility and personal branding with sisterhood and savory food.

You were told that if you stayed late, mastered the technicals, and kept your head down, the seat would be yours. They lied. The old playbook is broken. At Flavor & Fable, we’re writing a new one.

You deserve to have a voice

You deserve to have a voice 〰️

Your’re trapped in the competence trap

You were told that if you stayed late, mastered the technical, and became the most reliable expert in the room, the seat would be yours. They lied.

The "Work Hard and Wait" playbook was designed to keep you exactly where you are: doing the heavy lifting while others make the high-level decisions. You are playing a game where the rules changed years ago, leaving you invisible, stagnant, and exhausted.

The Transformation: From High-Level Labor to Sovereign Leader

In rooms that refuse to give you a seat, you don’t wait for permission—you build your own table. Flavor & Fable is the masterclass where we stop "executing" and start "architecting." We are moving you toward Career Freedom: the power to have the impact, the money, and the authenticity you’ve been denied.

What You Will Master:

The Asset Audit Blueprint

In this 2-hour immersive experience, we use the art of Gourmet Board Curation as a metaphor for your career design. You will leave with a measurable result: The Asset Audit.

  • The Professional Inventory: We move past your degrees to identify your Creative Intelligence—the unique value that makes you irreplaceable.

  • The Narrative Pivot: Learn to tell the "Fable" of your expertise. Move from being "known for what you do" to being "sought after for how you think."

  • The Economic Power Map: Quantify your "Value Gap" and create a 6-month roadmap to reclaim the money and autonomy you’ve left on the table.

Meet the Founder

Physician | Hematologist | Career Strategist for Women in STEMM

Dr. Britney Bell is a physician and hematologist who realized that the "Work Hard and Wait" playbook was a trap designed to keep brilliant women invisible. After winning a $100,000 ASH grant and navigating the complexities of high-level medicine, she recognized that technical expertise alone doesn't grant a seat at the table—Creative Intelligence does.

As the founder of Her Creative Advantage and the 1,000 Seats Project, she is on a mission to help 1,000 women in STEM and Medicine build economic power by 2027. She specializes in helping women move from "high-level labor" to "sovereign leaders" by combining cutting-edge AI strategy with the soft skills of professional storytelling and personal branding.

A lover of jazz, art, and the ritual of coffee with cinnamon, Dr. Britney Bell believes that career liberation should be as sensory and intentional as a gourmet experience. She provides the blueprint for women to claim their visibility, maximize their value, and design lives they are finally free in.

“Dr. Britney…unlocked something in me that was long lost, long buried below society’s version of my success, and absolutely necessaryfor me to move forward in my life, career and business with authenticity.”

— Camille E., MD, Physician
