sTEMPRESS IS A PRIVATE ECOSYSTEM Where women in STEM build economic power, creative authority, and real-world impact—inside and beyond rigid systems.

This is an emergency…break the glass

COMING SOON

In buildings, there are signs that say “Break in case of emergency.”

Girl… this is that moment.

  • AI is reshaping jobs. The economy is volatile. The cost of living is climbing.

  • If you’re a woman in STEM, now is the time to protect—and redesign—your career

  • You didn’t study for years, grind through training, and earn your credentials

just to spend the next 15+ years surviving inside systems that don’t reward you fairly.

  • Because if we’re honest—
you don’t just want to survive your career.
You want a life… You want freedom

The Problem

Most STEM career systems weren’t designed for change-makers.
They were designed for compliance and endurance.

You’re expected to:

  • Navigate politics you were never trained for

  • Follow rigid pathways for minimal gains in pay and power

  • Produce research without funding

  • Secure funding without results

  • Teach yourself essential skills when mentorship fails

  • Carry invisible labor without leverage

The result is chronic stress—and chronic stress kills creativity.

You can’t redesign the world when your body is in survival mode.
You can only maintain what already exists.

Change doesn’t come from exhaustion.
It comes from resourced, regulated women who have the capacity to imagine better systems.

Your creative advantage—your ability to reimagine systems, connect ideas across disciplines, and design new pathways—is your most durable career asset in a volatile economy.

You may stay in the system.
But your creative canvas—the part of you that builds change—doesn’t have to be limited by it.

The OLD Playbook

  • Grind harder.

  • Prove your worth through overwork.

  • Compete for limited seats at the table.

  • Hoard information and opportunities.

  • Normalize burnout as “dedication.”

  • Lead through pressure, urgency, and extraction.

That approach didn’t just fail women in STEM.

It failed the systems themselves.

The New Playbook

  • We don’t respond to volatility by:

    • working longer hours

    • hardening ourselves

    • competing for scraps

    • or burning out to prove resilience

Hi, Im Britney

I didn’t spend over a decade training in STEM to maintain broken systems.
I did it because I believed—deep down—that I was meant to change the world.

Like many women in STEM, I was taught to survive inside rigid institutions:
work harder, prove myself, navigate politics, sacrifice rest, and wait patiently for power that often never truly arrives. Over time, I watched brilliant women burn out. I watched creativity get sidelined. I watched impact get delayed by systems that move too slowly for the urgency of real-world problems.

I also felt it in my own body: the stress, the narrowing of imagination, the quiet question of “Is this really the best way to do this work?”

STEMPRESS was born from that question.

I believe the future of leadership, innovation, and change-making won’t be built through hustle culture or lone-genius myths. It will be built through holistic professionalism, creative intelligence, and collaborative innovation—by women who refuse to choose between impact and a soft life.

My work sits at the intersection of:

  • career strategy in volatile job markets

  • creative intelligence as a professional advantage

  • building ecosystems (not just resumes)

  • and designing leadership that doesn’t require burnout

STEMPRESS is my answer to the modern career emergency: a private ecosystem for women in STEM to build power, impact, and economic agency—without hardening themselves to survive broken systems.

If you’re here, it’s probably because you know what I know:
You didn’t invest your brilliance just to maintain the status quo.
You came here to build something better.

  • "Dr. Britney...unlocked something in me that was long lost, long buried...and absolutely necessary for me to move forward in my life, career, and busiess with authenticity.
