Meet the Founder
I am a physician hematologist and faculty member who spent years doing exactly what I was supposed to do. I followed the blueprint — the education, the credentials, the stable career. And I arrived at the destination to find that doing everything right was not enough to feel secure in a world of AI disruption, layoffs, and institutional uncertainty.
I am the founder of Her Creative Advantage — a methodology built on the neuroscience of creativity as a career and economic strategy. I believe that the creativity women in STEM and medicine have been trained to suppress is actually their greatest competitive advantage in this new world of work.
I am the first in my family to hold an advanced degree. I know what it means to carry the weight of that — to prove yourself in every room, to feel like you can never stop performing, to wonder if the security you worked so hard to build is as solid as it looks.
I built Her Creative Advantage because I needed it and it did not exist. I am building a foundation to increase cervical cancer screening in rural populations and a global community for women in medicine — because impact and financial freedom are not opposites. They are the same destination.
